Honesty and integrity are the most important of your values, they set the track that keep your life on course. A life lived honestly is a life lived devoid of fear or guilty conscience, because you live knowing that you did what you think was right. "Just about anything else you lose can be replaced  money, buildings, equipment, a whole company even. But your name, reputation and conscience once ruined can never be repaired, you have to live with that forever. " Honesty starts in complete congruency between what you say and what you do. Your word must be your bond. If you make this one of your unbreakable rules, people will trust you. In the long run term, trust and your good name are worth everything. They will build your future including business, will bring you people including customers, and will make your reputation valuable. Having unbreakable values gives you a real sense of worth, because you've set your standards and met them,  and you know that you'll keep on meeting them. These can be personal moral standards, business ethics or the standards you set for your friends. Having no committed value or values will undermine whatever you achieve. If you can't look at your self and feel  you are the sort of person you want to be, what difference will money, sex and fame make. Bending your value will make you feel worthless destroy your self confidence and eat at your self esteem. Don't sell out your confidence and eat your self esteem, don't sell out for anybody or any amount of money. If your values are strong enough real success will come. Be patient, select your values that are fair and true and stick to these values life glue. In the long-term the rightness if your values will give you personal strength, the strength that breeds success.

Creativity and positive attitude can have similar effect in your life and business. Quite often a single creativity is all you need to get what you want in life. Creative thought aren't exclusive to the rich and successful people. The key is to accept that you are as smart as anyone else and just capable of good ideas. Demand the best ideas from youself and from others all the time. This means that, you have to be willing to kick it around, to take risk around your ideas, and to support people who comes to you with new ideas. Some of them will be, terrible, some will be great. Don't judge people on whether their ideas are good or bad, but congratulate them for their creativity. You will never know where the great next idea is coming  from. The only thing stopping you from displaying your creative genius is your own self doubt and your own judgement about the ideas you come up with.

Most people are Jack of all trades and masters of none. They are happy doing lots of different things badly; because they are easily bored, they can't choose or they don't understand how important focus is. Focus is essential, you are always better off being an expert in one thing rather than average at everything. Being focused means you don't do other things,  that you concentrate on that one thing you are really good at. Success that comes through from being focus will open many more doors for you. In fact, it open more doors than you could have imagined before succeeding. Great rewards comes from clear focus, when you focus all your effort, energy and attention in one direction. You can become truly outstanding in that area. This will not only give you the best result, it will allow you to move quickly to the next thing and do it well. 

Ask for help, you will be surprised at what will happen and you will also be surprised who will help you, If you simply ask genuinely about what you are asking for and if you ask in the right way, you will be amazed at who will be prepared to help you. Although you can't expect people to help you for nothing, many if them will, but for those who do charge you should always be happy to pay for the help, it is only fair. You should also recognise that you don't have to attain success on your own, you can't do it on your own. Having the courage to ask for help is a characteristic of all successful people. It isn't a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. Success is something people build together, and asking for help is a solid step towards it. Success is a joint effort; few people are truly self made. Every successful person has had help, has had a mentor or coach or has had a team supporting people. Being Unique means making the conscious and definite choice to go against the grain and risk sticking your neck out. People who will succeed have to be resilient and courageous to go against the grain, to be non conformist, and to be unique in the face peer pressure. Your uniqueness is what makes you stand out. It is what makes people  choose you rather than a competitor. Successfull people knows the power of uniqueness and they make sure they use it

If you don't have dream of your own, you'll work all your life to fulfill someone else's dream. Dreaming cost you nothing while not dreaming will cost you everything. Without a dream you cannot have a goal. Without a goal, you'll never take any positive action, without any positive action, nothing will happen to bring you closer to your dream. If you are going to dream, you, you may as well dream big. The bigger your dream, the more excited and motivated you will be to  actually begin on the road to reaching it. An exciting dream motivates us and keeps us going when things get difficult. If you always have that dream in mind everything you do will take you closer to your goal. It is always better to set a single life goal and achieve it, compare that to setting no goal or a hundred goals and achieving nothing through your life.
