Be Creative. Creative thought aren't exclusive to the rich and successful people.

Creativity and positive attitude can have similar effect in your life and business. Quite often a single creativity is all you need to get what you want in life. Creative thought aren't exclusive to the rich and successful people. The key is to accept that you are as smart as anyone else and just capable of good ideas. Demand the best ideas from youself and from others all the time.
This means that, you have to be willing to kick it around, to take risk around your ideas, and to support people who comes to you with new ideas. Some of them will be, terrible, some will be great. Don't judge people on whether their ideas are good or bad, but congratulate them for their creativity. You will never know where the great next idea is coming  from.
The only thing stopping you from displaying your creative genius is your own self doubt and your own judgement about the ideas you come up with.
