Unfortunately not everyone will want to celebrate with you when your dreams begins to become a reality. I think you will find out that people will fall into two groups. Firefighters : These people want to put out the fire that you have for your dream. No matter what you have, they are against it. The way these kind of people criticize everything, you would think they get paid for it and nothing you do or say can change their attitude. Firelighters : These people want to help you and are willing to do what they can to stake the flame of your success even higher.

A blind man's world is bounded by the limits of his touch; an ignorant man's world by the limit of his knowledge, a great man's world by the limits of his vision. I firmly believe that man's finest hour, his greatest fulfilment to all he holds dear is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle victorious. (Vince Lombardi). Dreams are more easily shot down because if they are attacked, close friends or family members are usually the attackers since they are the only ones who knows about them. Our hopes and desires may be able to weather the criticism of a stranger, but they have a more difficult time surviving when undermined by a loved one.

The past is a dead issue and we can't gain any momentum moving towards tomorrow if we are dragging the past behind us (pastor Jack Hayford). He who does not look ahead remains blind (Spanish proverb). You make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give. The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others (Albert Schwitzer). Success is waking up in the morning, whoever you are, wherever you are, however old or young and  out of bed because there is something out there that you love to do, that you believe in, that you are good at, something bigger than you are, and you can hardly wait to get at it again today (Columnist Whit Hobbs). I consider it a dangerous misconception of mental hygiene to assume that what man needs is equilibrium or homoeostasis a tension less state. What man actually needs is the striving and struggling for some goal worthy of him. The ordered prioritized life is lived with much less stress, because it proceeds step by step. Progression and accomplishment are its traits. The disordered life is lived in misfits jerks, omissions, relapse and hesitations. How can you say it is finished if you don't know what you are doing? There is no miserable human being than one in whom nothing is habitual but indecision. The greatest discovery in our history is that human being by changing the inner attitudes of their minds can change all the outer aspects of their lives.

Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely (Lord Action). "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power" (Abraham Lincoln). Power really is a test of character. In the hands of a person of integrity, it is of tremendious benefit; in the hands of a tyrant, it causes terrible destruction. By itself, power is neither positive or negative. And it not the source of security or success, beside all dictators. Even benevolent ones eventually lose power.

Everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfilment, there in he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. The best business have great leaders and great leaders know it's in their power to constantly supports and lifts others around them. Great leaders inspire others to become more especially when times are tough. Treat every one you meet very important, this is a pretty useful piece of advice. Whenever you meet someone who is not on your own social and economic level. Respect is the key word. There is never any reason to show disrespect even to your employee, no matter who they are. Even though someone may not know as much as you, have as much money as you, be as old as you, or have a strong personality as you, respect for EVERY individual is a must. Note that gender, ethnicity, colour, religion, are not the basis for treating anyone as different. It is as much a question of your personal foundations as it is to managing people. In fact, the more authority and power you have, the more you need to respect other's feelings and situations. It is part of being a great leader. Consistency is the key, It's no good to be respectful only when you're feeling good.
