The best business have great leaders and great leaders know it's in their power to constantly supports and lifts others around them. Great leaders inspire others to become more especially when times are tough.


It is in these times that leadership should show up in a leader even when you may feel you have more reason than anyone else to be stressed and on a Short fuse. It is especially important at times like these that you show courage, share your power and inspire your people to push through, and remember to share a laugh and make it clear that no matter what happens, you'll be steady and in charge. Thats what great leadership is.

Leadership involves applying many of the ideas which are:
1. Commitment
2. Honesty
3. Care
4. Strong values
5. Uniqueness etc.
To be a successful leader, however you also need to lead people to where you want to go.

 But this can't be done without helping them get where they want to go at the same time.
Central to achieving this is respect of your people. You can't demand or buy respect; you must earn it by setting an example of all the afore mentioned qualities. "Never ask anybody to do something you would not do yourself.
