Most people are Jack of all trades and masters of none. They are happy doing lots of different things badly; because they are easily bored, they can't choose or they don't understand how important focus is. Focus is essential, you are always better off being an expert in one thing rather than average at everything. Being focused means you don't do other things,  that you concentrate on that one thing you are really good at. Success that comes through from being focus will open many more doors for you. In fact, it open more doors than you could have imagined before succeeding. Great rewards comes from clear focus, when you focus all your effort, energy and attention in one direction. You can become truly outstanding in that area. This will not only give you the best result, it will allow you to move quickly to the next thing and do it well. 

Ask for help, you will be surprised at what will happen and you will also be surprised who will help you, If you simply ask genuinely about what you are asking for and if you ask in the right way, you will be amazed at who will be prepared to help you. Although you can't expect people to help you for nothing, many if them will, but for those who do charge you should always be happy to pay for the help, it is only fair. You should also recognise that you don't have to attain success on your own, you can't do it on your own. Having the courage to ask for help is a characteristic of all successful people. It isn't a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. Success is something people build together, and asking for help is a solid step towards it. Success is a joint effort; few people are truly self made. Every successful person has had help, has had a mentor or coach or has had a team supporting people. Being Unique means making the conscious and definite choice to go against the grain and risk sticking your neck out. People who will succeed have to be resilient and courageous to go against the grain, to be non conformist, and to be unique in the face peer pressure. Your uniqueness is what makes you stand out. It is always better to set a single life goal and achieve it, compare that to setting no goal or a hundred goals and achieving nothing through your life. Learning from people who are already doing well. Identity people who do things well, figure out how they do it, and then copy them, it sounds simple but it takes time. It is the secret that has been around since civilization began from Chinese martial art to Renaissance, students have always learned by emulating the masters. This is your only short cut to success. Model around the successes of people you admire and learn from their mistakes. These people are the ones who have done it all and can give you invaluable advice on how to earn, keep and use money. It's a price worth praying no matter how costly the cost may seem at the time.

Do not be influence by others, no matter who they may be, unless their advice is consistent with your inner voice and feelings, and do not be fooled into buying  into somebody's else's dream (unless it goes in line with what you are dreaming of). It is very easy to follow others, but this won't give you the sense of personal fulfilment and satisfaction you need to be happy. Sticking to your dream and being true to your feelings may at times seem like a huge price. You may go backward financially or emotionally, but not being true to your self has a much higher cost than this short term investment. Happiness and personal contentment are your only worthwhile destinations. This and nowhere else is where you are going.

Becoming financially independent means controlling your own destiny. It makes, almost everything you want in life possible Understand the fact that you don't have to exaaggerate the facts or compete with someone else to show your worth. Dont be concerned about the ditch when you should be looking at the highway. Focus on the truth and the false will fade away, the truth outlives a lie. What people don't understand they persecute There is nothing new under the sun, if there is something new to you, it is because you are new under the sun Find somebody to love, love what you do and always  be excited about your future. When you find love give nothing but love, yet demand non in return. Nurture your strength of spirit to shield you from misfortune, but do not distress your self to imagining. This week, reinvent yourself! @Regranned from @walejana -  I was in Liberia to present a Sapphire Scents Bespoke to President George Weah of Liberia and his Vice President and I can tell you that the most inspiring man of the moment for me right now has to be President George Weah, a former footballer who was crowned FIFA World Player of the Year. He left football after a while to contest for the presidency in Liberia but he lost because he did not have formal education. This is where President George Weah got my respect. When George Weah was 40 in 2006, he studied for SSCE, he became a graduate in 2011 at 45 years old and he got a Masters Degree in 2013 when he was 47! He became a senator in 2014 and he is now President at 52! This man wanted his dream to come to pass so much that he was willing to pay the price!
