The things I have learnt. As I grow older I pay less attention to what people say, I just watch what they do.

It is in this whole process of meeting and solving problem that life has meaning. Problem  are the cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure, problem call forth our courage and wisdom;indeed they create our courage and wisdom. It is only because of problem that wisdom we grow mentally and spiritually...... It is through the pain of confronting and resolving problems that we learn. (M. Scott Peck).

Over time I have learned this meaningful lesson: The people closest to me determine my level of success or failure, the better they are, the better I am and if I want to go to the highest level, I can do it only with the help of the other people, we have to help each other higher (Seguns Ayansina)

As I grow older, I pay less attention to what people say, I just watch what they do. (Andrew Carnegie)

The ones I want around me are people who make things happen. These people discover resources in a place that were barren. They find prospects where you thought none existed, they take something average and make it exceptional. They never make excuses, they always find a way to make things happen.

Influence others : Every thing rises and falls on leadership, because a person's ability to make things happen in and through others depend entirely on their ability to lead them. Without leadership, there is no team work and people go thier own way.
