Towards Better Performance! Peak performers do not see accomplishment as a fixed state, nor as a safe haven

Peak performers do not see accomplishment as a fixed state, nor as a safe haven in which the individual is completed or finished. Not once have I heard a peak performer speak of an end to challenge, excitement, curiosity, and wonder. Quite contrary, one of their most engaging characteristics is an infectious talent for moving into the future, generating new challenges, living with a sense of more work to be done (Dr Charles Garfield).
They also live with a sense of more growth to be experienced

Personal Development
If you dedicate yourself to personal development, there is no telling where it will lead you in life, but I know one thing for certain; it can only take you up. If you haven't already get started today make growth your main goal, and be prepared to climb higher than you believed possible.

You may have your journey clearly marked on your road map, but until you are actually travelling , the obstacles are not apparent, the journey is full of speed bumps, potholes, and detours and since no body can entirely avoid them the question is "how are you handling them"?
